What Does A Home Stagers Home Look Like?

Staging homes for sale is vastly different to living in them. You can still live in your home whilst for sale but it can be tricky and North Queensland Property Service has a service especially for people who need to do this. Homes are functional places from where we live, base our leisure activities from, socialise, attend to the mundane tasks of life and increasingly, work from. They should also be our haven from the everyday stresses of life.

But when a home is being staged, we remove the mundane and focus on the haven. We stage the home so would-be purchasers see it as where they want to be? And what do they need to do to be there? They need to put in an offer to purchase which is high enough to secure the property. Which is the whole point of staging.

Back to the mundane.  As  professional home stagers, North Queensland Property Staging is run by a husband and wife team who have 3 kids including 2 teenagers. We would not put our home forward as a staging example.  We live there, we work there, we are constantly telling our kids to pick up after themselves. Instead we would direct you to the gallery of our website to see what professional staging looks like.

Some might say that property staging is misleading. It’s not. Townsville Buyers are astute and smart enough to recognise when a home has been staged and it is never hidden. It is becoming an expected norm in the marketplace to have a home staged. Staging a home harnesses the power of suggestion and as per any product in a market place, presents a home in the best possible light.

If home stagers go to sell their home, they would go through the process from the beginning. And once staged, it would look very different to how it was when it was a functional family home.

That is the reason we won’t show our home, unless of course we stage it. If you want to know what we can create, head to our website to see our gallery which is regularly updated.
