01. First Step

Either homeowners or agents will contact us regarding one of our services.
It could be for pre-sale advice and services, partial stage, integrated stage or full stage – you don’t have to have decided this at the beginning.

02. Consultation and Proposal

We will do a consultation, where we view the home and discuss the goal with the home owner and agent.
We will then present a detailed proposal with terms and conditions to the home owner and their agent.
During this time we will also address any concerns and answer any questions.

03. Delivery and Staging

Furniture is then delivered and we stage the home. We will stay in touch with agents so as to be aware when open homes
are and will check in on the property to ensure that it remains well presented and appealing to potential buyers.

04. Collection

When staging is no longer required we will then collect the furniture.
